Shawn Lim is a multi-disciplinary creative & a former director at a branding and digital design agency which he co-founded and led from 2012–2023. His extensive experience in the industry spans >15 years, during which he completed >100 projects for >70 clients. His work has been prominently featured in >40 media platforms, publications, and exhibitions (both online and offline).

In addition to his professional achievements, Shawn has played a pivotal role in mentoring, nurturing and developing aspiring designers in the creative field. This commitment to foster growth is a reflection of his passion for design education, which he now pursues as a design lecturer in Temasek Polytechnic, School of Design (DES), Communication Design (CMD).

Shawn graduated with a B.FA. (Hons) in Visual Communication from NTU School of Art, Design & Media (ADM) in 2012, and was also the inaugural president of the NTU ADM Alumni Association (ADMAA) from 2013–2016. He has recently been invited to serve as a juror for the esteemed The Crowbar Awards 2024, further demonstrating his dedication to the design community.
