Visual Hijack is a collaborative effort based in Singapore. It begun as an impetus for the cross-pollination of artistic skills and a voyage to discover new fields of creative exploration. Visual Hijack develops alternative projects with artists, venues, brands and creative groups from a diverse range of disciplines to create experimental works in the intersection of visual culture, sculpture, prints and digital. Visual Hijack develops projects that are leavened by the discursive issues in today’s society, playing on the conventions and absurdities of contemporary culture and drawing upon the dynamics of each artist and their distinctive styles.
